Bowen Island Hatchery
The Hatchery is operated by the Bowen Island Fish & Wildlife Club, a volunteer society formed in 1967. The hatchery building was built by Bowen Volunteers. The main yearly funding for operation and training comes from a grant from the Canadian Federal Government, the Department of Fisheries & Oceans.
